CLIENT FEEDBACK
“Ben Homden carried out substantial ground works including footings rainwater and foul water drainage, and driveway and patio construction on our self-build project. The advice that he was able to give from the initial stages was excellent and proved to be both cost-effective and practical in terms of timings for the project as a whole.”

“Ben and his team worked tirelessly throughout very difficult conditions in terms of the weather but he never once complained and completed the work on time and on budget, he was also able to liaise directly with building control which was invaluable from our point of view in arranging suitable inspections and final signoff. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Ben for any future project.”

“We first used Ben and his team to replace a fence whose wooden posts had rotted. Other contractors wanted to put the new posts, concrete, in different positions to avoid the existing concrete bases. However, Ben’s team broke-up the bases to put the posts where they were originally. Moving the posts would have detracted from the appearance of the fence.”
“When we wanted to add an extension to our house we had no hesitation in employing Ben and his team to complete the groundwork. The job was complicated by the need to move a sewer, which had not been correctly installed, and finding some problematic ground conditions. At every stage we were kept fully informed and consulted as to the way forward. Despite the complications all the work was passed first time by Building Control and Severn Trent. If you employ Ben and his team you will not be disappointed with the quality of their work.”
